Self-Care Sunday is a community event created by Qulture. A short, 20-25 minute course where we focus on breathing, meditation, and light stretching, it’s the perfect opportunity to start each month off right.
Starting on March 7th, we will hold Self-Care Sunday on the first Sunday of every month at high noon (12:00 PM) Eastern Time.
The event is held in partnership with Yoga Moves MS, and it’s focused on bringing awareness to healthy self-care regardless of one’s level of ability. Yoga Moves MS is a yoga studio focusing on adaptive yoga. If you have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis or another neuromuscular condition, you’ll find yourself right at home here. However, we welcome anyone to the session!
